Terms & Conditions – Weld Your Way to Origin
In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Silverwater Welding Supplies. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.
1. Competition Name

2. Promoter
Silverwater Welding Supplies, 24 South Street, Rydalmere NSW 2116, (02) 9748 1868, www.silverwaterweldingsupplies.com.au.
3. Competition Period
The competition will commence on 1st June 2025 at 12:00 AM (AEST) and end on 30th June 2025 at 11:59 PM (AEST).
4. Eligibility
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older who meet the entry requirements.
Employees of Silverwater Welding Supplies, their immediate family members, or anyone associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.
5. How to Enter
To enter the competition, individuals must:
Spend a minimum of $1000 (excl. GST) in a single transaction at Silverwater Welding Supplies during the competition period.
After completing the eligible purchase, entrants will automatically go into the draw to win 2 x State of Origin tickets.
6. Prize
There is 1 prize consisting of two (2) x State of Origin tickets (Event date: 9th July 2025), valued at $118.00.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
7. Draw
The draw will take place on Tuesday, 1st July 2025 at 10:00 AM (AEST) at WeldQuip, 2 Hollylea Rd, Leumeah NSW 2560.
The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
8. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified via email and phone within 48 hours of the draw.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
9. General Conditions
This competition is only open to residents of Australia.
Silverwater Welding Supplies reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
By entering, entrants give permission for their name and image to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
10. Liability
Silverwater Welding Supplies is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues that may arise during the competition period.
Silverwater Welding Supplies is not liable for any injury or loss incurred by the winner when attending the State of Origin game.
11. Privacy
By entering the competition, entrants consent to the collection of their personal details by Silverwater Welding Supplies for the purposes of conducting the competition and communicating with the winner.
All personal details will be handled in accordance with WeldQuip Group’s privacy policy.
12. Variation
Silverwater Welding Supplies reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
13. Marketing
By entering this competition, you agree to receive our marketing material. You have the option to unsubscribe.
14. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
